Indian Navy Officers Rescued After Parachutes Entangle During Rehearsal in Visakhapatnam

Two naval officers experienced a free fall after their parachutes became entangled mid-air, leading to an uncontrolled descent into the water.
A navy rescue boat stationed nearby promptly retrieved the officers, who were unharmed and reached the shore safely.
The rehearsal was witnessed by several onlookers and was recorded on video, which has since gone viral on social media.
The full Operational Demonstration, scheduled for January 4, will showcase the Indian Navy’s capabilities, including warship maneuvers, aerial displays, and combat demonstrations, with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu as the chief guest.
