  • Karnataka police began a state-wide anti–drink-driving drive running December 24–31 under an order from the Additional Director General of Police after a road safety review.
  • Delhi Traffic Police are regulating movement around Saket’s Select Citywalk, DLF Avenue and MGF Metropolitan from 2 pm on December 24 and 25 with diversions at key junctions and restrictions on heavy vehicles and buses on Press Enclave Road.
  • Pune has imposed evening diversions on MG Road in the Camp area from 7 pm on December 24 and 25 under orders from DCP (Traffic) Himmat Jadhav, with multiple detours to manage holiday crowds.
  • Bengaluru has closed Davis Road near Holy Ghost Church from 7 pm on December 24 to noon on December 25 and set no-parking and routed access near major malls in Mahadevapura, with some curbs continuing through December 28.
  • Kolkata Police will restrict goods vehicles from 4 pm on December 25 toward the Maidan and Park Street zone and will close Park Street between JL Nehru Road and Wood Street, with additional closures and parking bans in adjoining streets.
