  • In May, 10-year-old Shvan Singh regularly delivered water, milk, tea, ice and lassi to soldiers engaged in cross-border firefights in Tara Wali village.
  • Major General Ranjit Singh Manral previously honoured him as the ‘Youngest Civil Warrior’ on May 25 for his courage under fire.
