Indian Army and Defence Minister Honor Capt. Vikram Batra in Ongoing Martyrs Outreach Campaign

A DAV College ceremony presented commemorative tokens to Captain Batra’s father and twin ahead of the July 26 Kargil Vijay Diwas observance.
