Overview

• Navi Mumbai police destroyed narcotics worth Rs 26.48 crore from 35 cases at the Mumbai Waste Management facility in Taloja on Friday, marking the city’s second large disposal this year.
• With the latest action, nearly Rs 38 crore of seized drugs have been legally disposed of in Navi Mumbai in 2025, following a February 26 destruction worth Rs 11.61 crore.
