India Secures Three Guinness World Records for Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Health Campaign

  • Guinness World Records validated three feats: 3.21 crore registrations on a healthcare platform in one month, 9.94 lakh online breast cancer screening sign-ups in one week, and 1.25 lakh vital signs screening sign-ups in one week at the state level.
  • The campaign ran from September 17 to October 2, 2025 during Poshan Maah after being launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
  • According to the health ministry, activities reached every district with 19.7 lakh health camps and total footfall exceeding 11 crore across healthcare platforms.
  • Reported outcomes included 1.78 crore hypertension screenings, 1.73 crore diabetes screenings, 69.5 lakh oral cancer screenings, 62.6 lakh antenatal check-ups, 1.43 crore vaccine doses, and 1.51 crore anaemia tests, alongside large-scale counselling sessions.
