Overview
- IRCTC led India’s participation at ITE Vietnam 2025 from September 4–6 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
- An ASEAN-India Pavilion was opened at the expo and inaugurated by Vipra Pandey, Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City.
- The pavilion showcased Indian tourism offerings spanning culture, spirituality, wellness, nature and adventure, with flagship IRCTC luxury trains including the Maharajas’ Express, Golden Chariot and the Buddhist Circuit train.
- IRCTC managed logistics for the Indian delegation and hosted a Ho Chi Minh City roadshow to facilitate engagement with local travel trade and tour operators.
- As a prelude, IRCTC coordinated India’s presence at PATA Travel Mart in Bangkok and held a Thailand roadshow on August 28, with an earlier pavilion activity opened by Ambassador Nagesh Singh.
