- BCCI confirmed three T20Is and three ODIs in Australia from February 15 to March 1, followed by a one-off Test in Perth from March 6–9.
- Harmanpreet Kaur will captain in both formats with Smriti Mandhana as vice-captain.
- Seventeen-year-old wicketkeeper G Kamalini and left-arm spinner Vaishnavi Sharma earned maiden ODI call-ups after December T20I debuts.
