  • Assistant Medical Sergeant Surendra Kumar, 36, was killed in a Pakistani airstrike on the Udhampur airbase in Jammu and Kashmir on May 10, 2025.
  • His death was confirmed by the Army Headquarters, and his body was repatriated to his native village in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, for cremation with full military honors on May 11.
