India Marks 10th National Ayurveda Day With New AIIA-Goa Facilities and Statewide Drives

Overview

  • India is observing the 10th Ayurveda Day on September 23 under the theme “Ayurveda for People, Ayurveda for Planet,” following a March notification fixing the date permanently.

  • Leaders highlighted sector expansion and export gains, yet districts such as Ludhiana reported persistent staff shortages and halted recruitment since 2020, constraining local service delivery.
