India Launches Inaugural IICT Campus in Mumbai as Creative Tech Hub

  • Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated the IICT campus at NFDC’s Pedder Road facility in Mumbai.
  • They unveiled the IICT’s official logo and confirmed partnerships with Google, Meta, NVIDIA, Microsoft, Apple, Adobe and WPP on VFX, gaming and extended reality training modules.
  • IICT has opened admissions for 17 courses, with classes scheduled to begin in September 2025 and a first-year cohort of 300 students in animation, post-production, gaming and XR fields.
