India Launches First Hydrogen Highways, Large-Scale Truck Trials Begin

Government backs five industry consortia to build refuelling corridors, testing heavy trucks across key freight routes.

  • Rs 500 crore has been allocated to five consortia across ten routes for a two-year pilot involving 37 hydrogen trucks.
