  • H1 2025 transactions eclipsed full-year 2024 volumes by 15%, with 76 deals covering 2,898 acres and valued at Rs 30,885 crore
  • Tier-2 and tier-3 markets accounted for nine deals spanning 1,907 acres, led by Coimbatore’s single largest 714-acre sale
  • Seventeen joint development agreements covered 782 acres with a combined value of Rs 6,765 crore
