India Kicks Off Year-Long ‘Vande Mataram’ 150th Anniversary on Nov. 7 With Nationwide Mass Singing

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the commemoration in Delhi, which proceeds in four phases under Culture and Home Affairs guidance to mobilize public institutions.
