From extreme cold in Jammu and Kashmir to scorching heat in Goa, cities across India report varied temperatures and air quality levels.

Jammu and Kashmir recorded extreme cold with temperatures ranging from -28.93°C to -12.42°C and clear skies, while the air quality index (AQI) stood at 0, indicating pristine air quality.
Goa experienced the highest temperatures in the country, with a maximum of 41.01°C, low humidity at 11%, and favorable AQI at 34, categorized as good.
Mumbai reported moderate air quality with an AQI of 107, temperatures between 25°C and 36°C, and sunny weather conditions.
Kolkata saw clear skies with temperatures ranging from 23.54°C to 36.26°C, but its AQI of 170 placed air quality in the moderate category, cautioning sensitive groups.
Bengaluru and Chennai reported warm and humid conditions with moderate air quality, while Pune and Hyderabad also experienced moderate AQI levels, advising limited outdoor activities for vulnerable individuals.
