India Concludes ‘Trishul’ Tri-Service Exercise Showcasing Integrated Combat Power

Headquarters Western Naval Command led a five-day operation across Rajasthan, Gujarat, the North Arabian Sea in close cooperation with Army as well as Air Force commands.

Overview

  • Conducted from 3 to 7 November, TSE-2025 validated joint standard operating procedures and overall combat readiness across land, sea and air domains.
  • More than 30,000 personnel took part alongside 20–25 naval surface and subsurface platforms, including amphibious vessels, and over 40 IAF aircraft.
  • The Indian Coast Guard, the Border Security Force and other central agencies joined the drills, underscoring formal inter-agency coordination.
  • High-tempo combined-arms training integrated Southern Command’s desert exercises MaruJwala and Akhand Prahaar within the tri-service framework.
  • Aviation assets of the Thar Raptor Brigade trained with mechanised elements of the Sudarshan Chakra and Konark Corps to refine joint tactics and mission execution.
