The 2024 celebrations, held at Puri’s Blue Flag Beach, feature naval demonstrations, public ship tours, and educational programs on maritime security.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Droupadi Murmu praised the valor and dedication of Navy personnel, as plans for significant naval upgrades, including Rafale Marine jets and Scorpene submarines, were announced.
