- Officials reviewed threats from recruitment, tech abuse and financing, and discussed expanded training, cybersecurity cooperation, best‑practice exchanges, information sharing, and mutual legal assistance.
- The Quad Counterterrorism Working Group met in New Delhi on 4–5 December, condemned terrorism including the 10 November Red Fort incident, urged international cooperation to bring perpetrators to justice, and noted the next India‑US CT meetings will be hosted in the United States.
