  • On July 31 he entered a Pimple Gurav housing society home posing as a courier and threatened the manager’s son with a licensed shotgun
  • When the manager’s two sons tried to intervene he struck one on the foot and another on the face with the shotgun butt and drew a kukri before being overpowered
  • Pune police arrested Serto on August 5 and seized a shotgun with 19 live rounds, a kukri and a homemade fake explosive device made of plastic pipes
