Overview

• Seniors’ INAPAM credential does not expire and only needs replacement if it is lost, damaged, or if personal data such as name, photo, or signature change.
• The procedure to obtain or replace the card is free at INAPAM modules with a birth certificate, official ID, CURP, recent proof of address, and a child-size photo, and issuance is typically same-day Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.
• Vinculación Productiva connects people 60 and older with companies that offer roles aligned to their experience along with training and formal contracts.
• INAPAM does not pay aguinaldo; those hired through Vinculación Productiva receive it from employers as a legal benefit, along with vacation pay and social security.
• Receiving the Pensión del Bienestar or participating as a voluntary bagger does not generate seniority or entitle participants to aguinaldo or other labor benefits.
