Overview

• Adults 60 or older with a valid INAPAM credential can receive an aguinaldo only if they enroll in Vinculación Productiva and obtain a formal employment contract.
• INAPAM does not hand out cash benefits or bonuses and functions as a bridge to companies that offer formal jobs.
• Hiring companies are obligated to provide legal benefits that include aguinaldo, vacation pay and social security to workers placed through the program.
• The bonus is at least 15 days of salary and must be paid before December 20, with a proportional amount for those who worked less than a year.
• Enrollment requires the INAPAM card, official ID, CURP and proof of address, completing the inclusion form and attending interviews with program staff and employers, while any proposal for a double aguinaldo remains under debate.
