• INAPAM announced free legal advice for credential holders in family, criminal and civil matters with access in person at two Benito Juárez sites in CDMX, by phone at 55 5925 5366, or by email at [email protected].
• Walk‑in attention runs 08:00–14:30 at Petén 419 and 09:00–17:30 at CAI Universidad (Av. Universidad 150), and no appointment is required.
• If a senior cannot attend, a representative may request guidance by presenting the older adult’s INAPAM card along with the representative’s INE identification.
• Walmart and Bodega Aurrerá will grant pharmacy discounts for INAPAM users in September—up to 7% from September 1–10 and 5% from September 11–30—with an extra 10% Cashi bonus on pharmacy balances at Bodega Aurrerá.
• CDMX introduced a Tarjeta de Movilidad Integrada that lets older adults ride Metro, Metrobús, Tren Ligero, Cablebús, Trolebús, RTP and Ecobici at no cost, while authorities reiterate that the INAPAM card does not provide a 6,200‑peso cash payment.
