Overview

• The agreement follows a comprehensive review for the 2025–2027 term and was signed at the Labor Ministry.
• More than 307,000 employees participated in a personal, free and secret vote, with reported support of about 82%.
• Expanded benefits include broader care and lactation permits, a bilateral mental health commission, and infectocontagious risk pay for laboratory cleaning staff.
• Leaders also cited improvements for teaching and health categories, stronger medical and dental coverage, and support for sports and cultural programs.
