Overview

  • To request the Constancia de Vigencia de Derechos in the IMSS Digital app (iOS/Android), sign in with CURP and a valid email, open “Vigencia de derechos,” and choose “Enviar a tu correo electrónico” to receive the PDF.
  • From a computer, go to https://serviciosdigitales.imss.gob.mx/gestionAsegurados-web-externo/vigencia, enter CURP, NSS and an email, and the certificate arrives by email within minutes.
  • The certificate is free and only valid on the day it is issued, so a new document must be generated each time it is needed.
  • IMSS says the constancia can be requested by insured persons, pensioners, beneficiaries, a legal representative, or anyone with the NSS and a valid email; it can also be obtained in person at UMF units during posted weekday hours with official ID.
  • The Cédula Digital de Salud is processed in the app with CURP and a phone number, a code sent by SMS, INE scans and facial biometrics for a one‑time identity check, after which face verification grants access; IMSS offers support at 800 953 0112, Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00.
