Overview

  • IMEVIS closed the Vivienda del Bienestar Edomex preregistration on July 8 and is now instructing applicants to download and print their Formato Único de Bienestar for verification.
  • Applicants will be notified by phone or email and the institute will publish the definitive beneficiary list on July 26 before distributing one-time material packages.
  • Conavi’s Viviendas del Bienestar 2025 program opened applications for families earning up to two minimum wages (roughly 17,000 pesos per month).
  • Approved Conavi applicants will receive a one-time 40,000-peso grant deposited directly to a Banco Bienestar card to fund home improvement projects.
  • Both programs aim to address entrenched housing deficits by providing targeted materials, equipment and subsidized financing to low-income adults.
