Overview
- The IMD placed Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg on orange alert, with yellow alerts for Palghar, Dhule, Jalgaon and Nashik.
- Downpours caused severe waterlogging in Kurla, BKC, Juhu and Andheri, and the Andheri Subway was shut after about two to two-and-a-half feet of water forced traffic diversions via Gokhale Bridge.
