Overview
- RMC projects heavy rain from Sunday, starting in delta districts such as Thanjavur and Mayiladuthurai and Karaikal, expanding to 11 delta and coastal districts on November 17.
- Chennai and nearby districts are forecast to see heavy rain on Monday, with extreme south coastal districts including Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli and Kanniyakumari likely on November 18.
