Overview
- Cold-wave to severe cold-wave conditions are forecast for isolated pockets of western and eastern Madhya Pradesh and parts of Chhattisgarh through November 16, according to the IMD.

- The IMD reports snowfall in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, with orange alerts active for hill districts including Chamoli, Nainital, Rudraprayag, Lahaul-Spiti, and Kullu-Manali.
