- Andaman and Nicobar Islands are forecast to see heavy to very heavy rainfall on November 24–25 and squally winds of 35–45 km/h gusting to 55 km/h, potentially rising to about 65 km/h as the system intensifies.
- Fishermen have been advised to avoid the Andaman Sea and parts of the Bay of Bengal over the coming days, with rough seas and gusts up to 60 km/h also expected near the Tamil Nadu coast on November 24.
