Imax and Adam McKay Begin Production on Storm Chasing Documentary 'Stormbound'

Imax and Adam McKay’s Hyperobject Industries have started production on 'Stormbound', a feature documentary that follows storm chaser Jeff Gammons.
The film is directed by Miko Lim and financed by Imax, with a planned release in 2025.
'Stormbound' will showcase unseen footage from Hurricanes Charley, Florence, Ian, Irma and Katrina, highlighting the raw power of nature.
Jeff Gammons, the subject of the documentary, is a Florida-based weather spotter and professional storm chaser for three decades.
The film is produced by McKay, Todd Schulman, Trevor Jones, and Imax’s John Turner, with Hyperobject Industries’ Stephanie Mercado as the executive producer.
