Overview
- Illit released its fifth EP, Break Even, and held a Seoul media showcase on Oct. 26 that introduced the four-track project and its narrative arc.
- The lead single, the whistle-driven electro-pop track “You’re Under Arrest,” frames confrontation as a decision to stop investing in a one-sided relationship.
- The music video stars actor Song Kang and stages the members as black‑clad covert agents pursuing someone who toyed with their feelings, reinforcing the record’s confrontational concept.
- Promotions are proceeding with four members—Yunah, Wonhee, Minju and Iroha—because Moka remains on medical hiatus, and a release-week Weverse pop-up in Yongsan runs through Oct. 31.
- HYBE chairman Bang Si‑hyuk is credited on all four tracks and Melon lists distinct styles for each song, while some observers raised objections to police-like costumes that the group says are part of a fictional agent concept.
