Illinois Lottery Player Wins $560 Million Mega Millions Jackpot

The winning ticket was purchased online, marking the second Mega Millions jackpot win of 2024.

The winning numbers for the June 4 drawing were 19, 37, 40, 63, 69, and Mega Ball 17.
The winner can opt for a lump sum of $264 million or annual payments over 30 years.
This is the ninth-largest jackpot in Mega Millions history.
Two other tickets, sold in California and Maryland, matched five numbers for secondary prizes.
The next drawing will reset the jackpot to $20 million.
