Illia Yefimchyk, 'World's Most Monstrous Bodybuilder,' Dies at 36

The Belarusian bodybuilder suffered a heart attack on September 6, leaving him brain-dead before passing away a week later.

Illia Yefimchyk, nicknamed 'Golem' and 'The Mutant,' was known for his 6-foot, 340-pound frame and extreme strength.
He reportedly consumed up to 16,500 calories a day, including five pounds of steak and over 100 pieces of sushi.
Yefimchyk suffered a heart attack at home, after which his wife performed chest compressions until first responders arrived.
He was flown to the hospital where he slipped into a coma and was later declared brain-dead before passing away.
Yefimchyk's death was confirmed on social media by the bodybuilding community, and his wife expressed gratitude for the support she has received.
