- The one-night buffet will run at most UK stores on Thursday, September 24, with IKEA Glasgow holding its event a week earlier on Wednesday, September 16.
- IKEA Family members pay £5 for adults and £1 for children while non-members pay £6.95 for adults and £2.95 for children and the membership is free to join.
- The unlimited menu includes original Swedish meatballs, chicken meatballs, plant balls and falafel served with mash or chips, peas, cream sauce and lingonberry jam plus hot drinks and soft drinks.
- Tickets can be pre-booked on participating stores’ events pages or bought at the checkout on the night and several stores are excluded from the promotion, including Aberdeen, Brighton, Chester, Hammersmith, Harlow, Norwich and Oxford Street.
- IKEA is using the themed makeover and in-store price reductions to drive evening footfall and sign-ups to its free IKEA Family scheme while some locations such as Lakeside report limited availability and set time slots for the event.
