Overview
- JEE Advanced 2026 will be held on Sunday, May 17, with Paper 1 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Paper 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm in computer-based mode.
- Candidates must appear in both papers, and the question papers will be available in English and Hindi.
- Eligibility is restricted to the top 2.5 lakh performers in JEE Main 2026, as confirmed by IIT Roorkee.
- JEE Main 2026 is scheduled by NTA in two sessions from January 21–30 and April 2–9, shaping the timeline for Advanced qualification.
- Registration is expected to open after JEE Main results in April, with IIT Roorkee to publish the brochure, exam-city list and instructions on jeeadv.ac.in; last year’s IIT seat baseline was about 18,160, subject to confirmation.
