Overview
- Paper 1 will run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Paper 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, and attendance in both papers is mandatory.
- The examination will be conducted in computer-based mode with question papers available in English and Hindi.
- Only candidates ranked within the top 2.5 lakh in JEE Main 2026 will be able to register for JEE Advanced.
- JEE Main 2026 is slated for two sessions, January 21–30 and April 2–9, which will determine the eligible pool.
- IIT Roorkee will release exam city lists, the information brochure, application guidelines and the definitive paper pattern on the official portal.
