- On July 16, as JoSAA Round 6 reporting began for BTech and BArch admissions, IIT Kanpur published full details of nine undergraduate scholarship schemes
- Bright Minds awards Rs 3 lakh per year to JEE Advanced rankers under 100 while INSPIRE offers Rs 30,000 per semester plus a Rs 20,000 research grant for top 10,000 CML candidates
- Merit-cum-Means grants non-SC/ST students with parental income below Rs 4.5 lakh full tuition waivers and Rs 1,000 monthly stipends subject to a 6.5 CPI; SC/ST students under the same income threshold receive mess fee exemptions and allowances
