Overview

• The programme represents IIT-Delhi’s first Bachelor of Science degree and will begin in the 2025 academic session.
• Prospective students must qualify JEE (Advanced) and secure their seat through the JoSAA 2025 portal.
• The curriculum features a shared first-year foundation in sciences and engineering, core chemistry courses in the second year and research-driven multidisciplinary courses thereafter.
• Students may pursue a Minor in another department to complement their chemistry studies.
• Graduates are positioned for roles across pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, petrochemicals and other industries requiring chemistry-engineering expertise.
