- The Joint Seat Allocation Authority released JoSAA 2025 round 2 allotment results on June 25 as the counselling process for JEE-Advanced qualifiers continues.
- Undergraduates in BTech, MA, MSc and MPP programmes with family incomes up to ₹8 lakh qualify for Merit-cum-Means scholarships that provide ₹4,000 monthly stipends and full tuition waivers, renewable with a minimum SGPA/CGPA of 6.0.
- All SC, ST and PwD students receive complete tuition fee exemptions regardless of income, with hostel rent waivers for those under ₹8 lakh, free basic messing and a ₹1,000 monthly pocket allowance.
- More than 120 donor-funded scholarships supported by alumni, corporations and charitable foundations award between ₹22,500 and ₹1 lakh annually based on criteria such as income, discipline of study, JEE rank and academic performance.
- An institute free studentship extends tuition waivers to additional students beyond the 25% Merit-cum-Means cap on means criteria, with full eligibility and renewal guidelines available on IIT Delhi’s financial assistance portal.
