Delhi Opens Applications for 2025-26 Postgraduate Programs

The fully online application process, which includes MTech, PhD, and other programs, will remain open until April 7, 2025.

IIT Delhi has begun accepting applications for postgraduate programs including MTech, PhD, MS Research, MDesign, MSc, MA, and MPP for the 2025-26 academic year.
The application process is entirely online, with no physical submissions required, and closes on April 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
Eligibility criteria include a minimum CGPA of 6.0 (5.5 for SC/ST/PwD) and valid GATE or other relevant national-level exam scores for most programs.
Application fees are ₹200 for General/OBC/EWS candidates and ₹50 for SC/ST/PwD candidates, with financial assistance available for eligible students.
Key dates include interviews from May 14 to June 16, 2025, orientation on July 19-20, 2025, and the start of classes on July 24, 2025.
