• Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research declared IAT 2025 results on June 25, letting candidates view and download rank cards on iiseradmission.in with their login credentials.
• The CBT exam held on May 25 comprised 60 MCQs split equally among biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics, with four marks awarded for each correct answer and a one-mark penalty for each incorrect response.
• Counselling registration opens at 5 PM on June 26 and closes at 5 PM on July 3, during which candidates must complete an academic programme preference form on the admission portal.
• Admission offers will hinge on candidates’ ranks, category, submitted preferences and seat availability, and applicants must accept or reject offers by the deadline to remain eligible for subsequent rounds.
