• IIM Ahmedabad released the third-party audited MBA-FABM placement report on September 23, covering the Class of 2023–25 whose process ended on February 6.
• A total of 52 roles were offered and 44 accepted by 44 students, with 35 companies participating in a hybrid, cohort-based process.
• Compensation was reported on a Maximum Earning Potential basis with a top figure of Rs 41.83 lakh, while total guaranteed cash recorded a median of Rs 17.99 lakh and a mean of about Rs 19.48 lakh.
• Consulting recorded the most offers at 15, followed by FMCG with 10 and food processing with 6, reflecting broad sector engagement.
• Pathways included 3 lateral offers and 12 PPOs, 42 domestic and 2 international acceptances, and one student opting out to build a venture under the IIMAvericks Fellowship.
