- The agreement covers Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard with 106 rooms opening in late 2026 and Crowne Plaza Al Khobar Al Bandariyah with 232 rooms opening in Q1 2027.
- The Riyadh hotel in Al-Suwaidi will adopt Holiday Inn’s Open Lobby concept and offer access to the Diplomatic Quarter and Diriyah Gate.
- The Al Khobar property will sit near the Corniche with strong links to Dammam and King Fahd International Airport and will feature flexible meeting and social spaces.
- Both hotels will join IHG One Rewards, providing mobile app benefits that include potential upgrades, lounge memberships, and extended check-outs based on tier.
- The two openings add over 330 rooms to IHG’s Saudi portfolio and build on 46 hotels operating in the Kingdom with about 60 more in the pipeline over the next three to five years.
