• IHG signed a management agreement with Four Vedas Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, a joint venture of Kaysons, Sagar and Golden Goenka groups.
• The hotel will sit in Siliguri’s city centre to serve business, MICE and leisure travelers.
• Plans call for the Holiday Inn Open Lobby concept, 111 rooms, three dining options, two flexible meeting venues and a fitness center.
• IHG highlights Siliguri’s role as a gateway to North-East India and a corridor linking Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan.
• The project adds to IHG’s India footprint of 51 operating hotels and a pipeline of 72 openings expected over the next three to five years.
