- The hotel is a greenfield development located along the Tirunelveli–Tuticorin highway for access to industrial and commercial hubs.
- IHCL is partnering with local promoter R. Gajendran of Thangam Real Estate and Thangam Plots & Farms Pvt. Ltd. for the project.
- Planned facilities include Ginger’s Qmin restaurant, a bar, meeting spaces, and a fitness centre designed for business and project travelers.
- With this addition, IHCL counts 28 hotels in Tamil Nadu, including 10 currently under development.
