• Regional centres will assist candidates who face OTP failures or forgotten credentials by resetting accounts or updating contact details.
• IGNOU advises waiting 24 hours before retrying failed payments and guarantees refunds for any duplicate transactions.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the portal only, cannot be reversed once processed and will follow the university’s refund policy.
