• IFAF has locked in primetime slots for the men’s and women’s finals on July 21 and 22, 2028, at BMO Stadium.
• The federation plans to publish its official multi-stage qualification system by the end of 2025, with initial global qualifiers in 2026 and continental tournaments in 2027.
• IFAF is negotiating with the IOC to secure automatic entry for US men’s and women’s teams as the host nation.
• Regional championships are underway or scheduled in Africa, Europe, the Americas and Asia-Oceania to determine Olympic qualifiers.
