• The IECM completed a random draw assigning identification numbers to more than 13,000 eligible projects and published the full list on its website on July 10.
• Citizens may register via the free SEI mobile app through July 30 by scanning both sides of their voter ID, submitting contact details and passing a facial identification check.
• The SEI system also accommodates Mexico City residents abroad, people in preventive detention using offline devices, those in postración and their primary caregivers.
• Anticipatory online voting is set to run from August 4 to 14, followed by in-person polling at stations across Mexico City on August 17.
