Overview

• An Israeli man in his 20s was seriously injured near Kedumim and the suspected attacker, 24-year-old Mahmoud al-A’qad from Nablus, was shot dead by security forces.
• The military imposed roadblocks and checkpoints and carried out searches in Nablus and nearby villages, and traffic on the Huwara road was halted following the assault.
• Early reports differed on whether the assault was a shooting or a ramming, and the IDF later described it as a vehicular attack while probing possible friendly fire.
