Idaho Man in Custody After Alleged Murder of Wife and Death of Kidnapped Son

Jeremy Albert Best was apprehended following the discovery of his son's body near Idaho Falls, days after his wife was found dead at their home.

Jeremy Albert Best, 48, is in custody after allegedly murdering his wife, Kali Jean Randall, and kidnapping their 10-month-old son, Zeke Best, whose body was found near Idaho Falls.
Best was spotted walking naked through a store hours before Randall's body was found in their home in Victor, Idaho.
An Amber Alert was issued for Zeke Best, who was found dead near his father's vehicle, down an embankment off a roadway.
Best was hospitalized for medical and mental health concerns the day before the alleged murder and kidnapping, but was discharged the same day.
The investigation into the case is ongoing, with multiple agencies involved.
